All orders are dispatched EXPRESS SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY within 48H from our St Kilda gallery.
If you would like to opt out of signature on delivery please add a note on the cart drawer prior to checking out. We are not liable for any packages lost If you opt out. Please make sure you select a safe delivery address you can trust, as we cannot be responsible for delivered packages that have been lost or stolen. We are able to deliver to PO Boxes.

How long will it take to receive my purchase?
For items ready to ship at the time of purchase, please allow up to five business days to receive them. We use Australia Post for all orders within Australia. If the item needs to be resized or a special finish has been requested, please allow up to three weeks for your delivery – two weeks for labour and one week for shipping.
Urgent Orders
We make all efforts to get your package delivered as soon as possible however for items that are needed urgently, please contact us to arrange a possible early arrival.
If you would prefer to collect your purchase direct from our St Kilda gallery please contact us before processing your order to ensure we have it in-store and ready for you to collect.
Order Information
You will receive an email confirming your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified with a tracking number.
Packaging
All pieces are packed securely in our Made in Earth gift boxes. Each piece comes with a complimentary silver polishing cloth, an information card about the stone and a carry bag. Items can be gift wrapped on request, please let us know in the check out notes.
Lost or Damaged Items
If a package does not arrive, or it arrives damaged, please contact us within fourteen days from confirmation of dispatch. We will do everything we can to assist you if you wish to make an insurance claim. We are not liable for and will not replace or pay compensation for loss of, or damage to, items we send if:
- The item is seized by Customs or any other government agency.
- The item is sent to a country where no postal or courier service exists.
- The loss or damage is the result of an event beyond our reasonable control.
- The loss or damage occurs after delivery.
- The item was authorised to be sent without tracking.
International Shipping
We send registered international shipping through Australia Post. Prices vary depending on package size and destination. Contact us for a quote on (03) 9939 7473 or email us at info@madeinearth.com.au
International orders may be subject to local taxes or duties, Made in Earth is not responsible for and has no control over these charges.
Returns
If you change your mind about your piece Made In Earth will happily offer a gift card to the full amount including shipping cost, or refund less shipping costs, within the first 14 days of receiving your piece. To organise a return, please email our team at info@madeinearth.com.au Please allow 3 days for your return to be processed once received. Made In Earth will not accept any pieces when:
- A piece is not returned in its original condition: has been worn, scratched, damaged caused by wear and tear.
- If the piece is earrings, due to sanitary reasons we cannot accept returns however please contact us directly to discuss further.
- If the piece is custom made
- If the item is returned outside of the timeframe stated above
- Strictly no refunds on AfterPay, however you can receive a gift card
