In ancient times, Chiastolite was seen as a sign from God due to its naturally-formed black cross. The name itself reflects it’s unique appearance as it is derived from the Greek word ‘chiastos’, which means cruciform. Fittingly, it signifies death and re-birth, bringing one to a true state of realisation in respect to the cycles of life and encourages one to embrace change, new perspectives and open-mindedness.
