All prices are in AU dollars and are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit card payments, Paypal and Applepay.

We require a signature for delivery. Please make sure you select a safe delivery address you can trust, as we cannot be responsible for delivered packages that have been lost or stolen. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. We are able to deliver to PO Boxes.

How long will it take to receive my purchase?
For items ready to ship at the time of purchase, please allow up to five business days to receive them. We use Australia Post for all orders within Australia. If the item needs to be resized or a special finish has been requested, please allow up to three weeks for your delivery – two weeks for labour and one week for shipping.
We make all efforts to get your package delivered as soon as possible however for items that are needed urgently, please contact us to arrange a possible early arrival.
If you would prefer to collect your purchase direct from our St Kilda gallery please contact us before processing your order to ensure we have it in-store and ready for you to collect.
You will receive an email confirming your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified with a tracking number.
All pieces are packed securely in our Made in Earth gift boxes. Each piece comes with a complimentary silver polishing cloth, an information card about the stone and a carry bag. Items can be gift wrapped on request, please let us know in the check out notes.
Lost or Damaged Items
If a package does not arrive, or it arrives damaged, please contact us within fourteen days from confirmation of dispatch. We will do everything we can to assist you if you wish to make an insurance claim. We are not liable for and will not replace or pay compensation for loss of, or damage to, items we send if:
- The item is seized by Customs or any other government agency.
- The item is sent to a country where no postal or courier service exists.
- The loss or damage is the result of an event beyond our reasonable control.
- The loss or damage occurs after delivery.
- The item was authorised to be sent without tracking.
